Our Principals

Lauri Vinick was the Director of Employment and Training and Development for Genzyme Corporation, a leading diversified health care products company. In that capacity, she was responsible for developing Genzyme’s first Best Management Practices program. Ms. Vinick was also the Vice President of Robert Kleven and Company, an industrial relations management consulting firm specializing in the placement of high tech professionals. Prior to Kleven she was the Training Manager for Nashua Corporation. Ms. Vinick holds a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Barbara Fleming has a broad background in corporate Human Resources, training, and organizational development. Prior to Catalyst, she owned a successful consulting firm that provided human resource services to a diverse group of companies, from high technology and biotechnology to traditional manufacturing. Before consulting, Ms. Fleming was Director of Human Resources at Repligen Corporation, a biotechnology company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and spent the early part of her career as a research scientist.
